Terms
Terms of use and paid services
The basis on which this site, My Hua Hin Plan and optional personal guidance services are provided.
These Terms apply when you purchase or use My Hua Hin Plan, an optional personal guidance service or another paid Hua Hin Compass service that expressly refers to them. They also govern general use of the website and free tools.
Please read them before placing an order. The order summary, plan description and these Terms together form the agreement between you and us.
All content on this site is general information. It is not legal, immigration, tax, medical or financial advice, and calculator and finder results are estimates produced by published rules rather than guarantees.
1.About us
Hua Hin Compass is a trading name of:
T-Tronix BV
Registered office: Schoubroek 29, 9030 Mariakerke, Belgium
Enterprise number: 0884.402.052
VAT number: BE0884.402.052
Email: support@t-tronix.be
In these Terms, “Hua Hin Compass”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this legal entity. “You” means the person purchasing or using the paid service.
2.Who may purchase a plan
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Plans are intended for personal and household relocation planning. They may not be resold, shared as a commercial service or used to advise unrelated third parties.
If you purchase on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. Mandatory consumer protections apply only where you qualify as a consumer under applicable law.
3.Paid services
The exact description, scope, duration and total price of the paid service you select are shown before payment and in your order confirmation. Those details form part of the agreement.
My Hua Hin Plan
My Hua Hin Plan is the paid personal relocation-planning workspace. Depending on the product version, it may include a dashboard, relocation brief, decisions, actions, dependencies, deadlines, recurring tasks, document-status tracking, notes, linked guides and relevant contacts.
The workspace is built from the information you provide and from published Hua Hin Compass planning rules. You remain responsible for reviewing the results and deciding what applies to you.
Optional personal guidance services
Additional reviews, calls or guided relocation support may be offered from within My Hua Hin Plan. Where purchased, the specific description, scope, duration and price shown before purchase form part of the agreement.
Depending on the service offered, optional personal guidance may include:
- a review of the information in your workspace;
- a personal video consultation;
- discussion of relocation decisions and next steps;
- personal recommendations and advisor-created actions where relevant;
- advisor replies and comments on relevant actions;
- reasonable adjustments to your personal workspace;
- a time-limited period for questions through the dashboard;
- a follow-up video call, where expressly included.
Personal guidance is intended for reasonable relocation questions connected with your own household and workspace. It is not an unlimited on-demand consultancy, emergency service or regulated professional-advice service.
4.What our guidance is — and is not
Hua Hin Compass provides relocation information, practical planning and decision support. Even where the service is personalised, it does not constitute legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, medical or insurance advice.
Rules, fees, availability and official procedures can change. Important decisions must be checked against current official sources or with an appropriately qualified professional. You remain responsible for applications, declarations, deadlines, purchases and decisions made using the service.
We do not guarantee that a visa, school place, bank account, insurance application, property transaction or other third-party outcome will be approved or available.
5.Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Before payment, we show the main characteristics of the selected paid service, the total price including applicable taxes and charges, the payment method, the delivery arrangements and the relevant cancellation information.
You can correct input errors before placing the order. The payment button clearly indicates that placing the order creates an obligation to pay.
The contract is concluded when we accept the order and send an order confirmation by email. If payment is not authorised or we cannot accept the order, no contract is formed and any temporary payment authorisation will be released.
Keep the order confirmation and these Terms for your records.
6.Prices and payment
Paid services are one-time purchases unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. There is no automatically renewing subscription.
The price charged is the total shown at checkout, including applicable VAT or other taxes unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store complete payment-card details.
Promotional or earlier prices do not create a right to a future discount. If you bought a service at a previous price, the services included in your order confirmation remain applicable.
7.Delivery and account access
We normally provide account access immediately after successful payment and account creation. Personalised actions and dates may take a short time to generate after you complete or update your relocation brief.
A one-time price means that no recurring subscription fee is charged. It does not by itself mean lifetime access.
Unless your order states a longer period, we provide access for at least 5 years from purchase. After that minimum period, access continues for as long as we continue to operate the relevant paid planning service. If we discontinue the service after the minimum period, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and a reasonable way to export the core content of your plan.
Temporary interruptions for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control may occur. We aim to restore the service within a reasonable time.
8.Keeping your plan accurate
Your plan depends on the information you enter. You are responsible for keeping important details, particularly your target move date and household situation, accurate and current.
When a change affects dependent actions or deadlines, the service may recalculate parts of the plan. We aim to identify system-generated changes in the activity history. You should still review recalculated deadlines before relying on them.
9.Scheduling and attending calls
Available appointment times are shown through the dashboard or agreed with you directly. Times identify the relevant timezone.
You may reschedule without charge until 24 hours before the appointment. A cancellation within 24 hours or failure to attend may count as use of the included call, except where we agree that exceptional circumstances justify another appointment.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, the included call remains available and we will offer a reasonable alternative.
You are responsible for a working internet connection, a suitable device and a reasonably quiet environment. We are not responsible for a call failure caused by your equipment or connection, but we will act reasonably where a short technical interruption occurs.
Calls are not recorded unless everyone has expressly agreed beforehand.
10.Activating time-limited personal support
Where an optional service includes a 90-day personal-support period, that period does not start automatically on the purchase date.
After any required initial call, you may select a support start date through your dashboard. Before confirmation, we show the start date, end date and what is included. Once activated, the support period runs for 90 consecutive calendar days and cannot normally be paused or restarted.
If illness, serious technical failure or another exceptional event makes the service materially unavailable, we may extend the period by a reasonable amount.
We aim to reply to dashboard questions within three business days. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed response time. Complex questions, holidays or matters requiring external verification may take longer; where practical, we will let you know.
Where a follow-up call is included, it must be scheduled during the support period or within 30 days after it ends. An unused call expires after that period unless we caused the delay.
11.Fair use of personal support
Personal support covers a reasonable volume of questions related to the relocation plan of the purchasing household. It does not include:
- continuous or real-time availability;
- emergency assistance;
- completing official applications on your behalf;
- representing you before an authority or third party;
- detailed legal, tax, financial, medical or insurance analysis;
- extensive research unrelated to your Hua Hin relocation;
- support for unrelated households or commercial clients.
If a request falls outside the included service, we explain this before doing chargeable additional work. We do not add a fee without your express agreement.
12.Cancellation and refunds
14-day cancellation promise
If you are a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after the contract is concluded by sending a clear statement to support@t-tronix.be. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
Our contractual 14-day cancellation promise is intended to be at least as favourable as your mandatory statutory rights:
- For My Hua Hin Plan, we provide a full refund if you cancel within 14 days. Your paid-plan access will then close.
- For an optional call or review service, we provide a full refund within 14 days if the personal service has not taken place. If you expressly requested and received it during that period, we may deduct the disclosed value of the service already provided.
- For an optional personal-support service, we provide a full refund within 14 days if no personal service has begun. If you expressly requested and received a call, review or support during that period, we may deduct only the disclosed value of the components actually provided.
The component values used for a proportional calculation are:
| Component | Disclosed value |
|---|---|
| My Hua Hin Plan (digital plan) | €59 |
| 60-minute Personal Call | €160 |
| 90-day Personal Support, including the follow-up call | €210 |
We process an approved refund without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving the cancellation. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
After 14 days
After the 14-day period, a change of mind does not normally create a contractual right to a refund. A refund, price reduction, repair or other remedy may still be available where required by law, where we cannot deliver a purchased personal service, or where the digital service does not conform to the contract and is not brought into conformity within a reasonable time.
If we permanently terminate the paid service before the minimum access period ends for a reason unrelated to your breach, we provide an appropriate remedy, which may include continued access, an export, a substitute service or a proportionate refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

13.Changes to plans and digital service updates
We may update the interface, content, rules and features to improve reliability, security, usability or accuracy. Updates will not intentionally remove a core paid feature without a reasonable substitute during the minimum access period.
If a change materially and negatively affects your access or use beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity, security or legal compliance, we will provide notice and any remedies required by applicable law.
We may correct factual information and planning rules when official requirements or verified local information changes. A previous result is not guaranteed to remain current.
14.Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep login details confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or another account;
- interfere with security, availability or normal operation;
- scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the service;
- upload malicious code;
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
- submit abusive, threatening or clearly excessive communications to advisors or support staff.
We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate abuse or comply with law. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before permanent termination.
15.Notes and household information
You control the personal notes and household details entered into your plan. Do not store full passport numbers, complete bank details, login credentials or copies of identity, health, financial or legal documents in free-text fields.
If you enter information about another household member, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it for the purpose of managing the household relocation plan.
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
16.Third-party providers, links and recommendations
The service may link to official sources, schools, insurers, banks, lawyers, relocation providers or other third parties. A link or recommendation does not make that provider our agent and does not guarantee its availability, price, quality or outcome.
Commercial relationships, partner cards and affiliate links are labelled. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, you contract directly with the third party and its terms and privacy policy apply.
We do not share your account or plan with a recommended provider. A personal introduction is made only after you request or approve it.
17.Intellectual property and permitted use
The website, planning structure, text, design, databases and software are owned by us or licensed to us. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the paid service for your own household relocation planning during the access period.
You retain rights in the original information and notes you submit. You give us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, back up and transmit that information for the operation of the service.
You may print or export your own plan for personal use. You may not reproduce or commercialise the planning system, content library or underlying dataset.
18.Our responsibility
We are responsible for providing the digital and personal services with reasonable care and in conformity with the contract and applicable mandatory law.
We are not responsible for:
- decisions made without verifying important current requirements;
- inaccurate results caused by inaccurate or outdated information supplied by you;
- decisions or failures of immigration authorities, schools, insurers, banks, landlords, medical providers or other third parties;
- events outside our reasonable control;
- indirect business losses where you use a consumer plan for business purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate contractual liability for a claim relating to a paid plan will not exceed the amount paid for that plan. This cap does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
19.Complaints
Please first contact support@t-tronix.be with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and provide a substantive response within 30 days.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service after first attempting to resolve the dispute with us:
Consumer Mediation Service
Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, box 1
1000 Brussels, Belgium
consumerombudsman.be
Cross-border EU consumers may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country.
20.Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence. Courts are competent as determined by applicable consumer and procedural law; these Terms do not require a consumer to bring a claim exclusively in Belgium where such a requirement would be unlawful.
21.Changes to these Terms
The Terms accepted at the time of purchase govern that purchase. We may update Terms prospectively for future orders.
If an operational or legal change must apply to an existing digital service, we will provide reasonable notice. We will not retroactively remove a purchased core service or mandatory consumer right.
22.General provisions
If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
You may not transfer the contract without our agreement. We may transfer it as part of a genuine business reorganisation, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights or purchased services.
